Weekend chalet - a 2-night getaway, just as you dreamed it

In the heart of the Carpathians, in a fairytale landscape, a perfect mix of nature, peace, adventure and luxury awaits you. Welcome to Vatra Barsei, in Tohanul Nou, the place where nature embraces you with unique images and new experiences await you at every step!

Here, in the middle of this spectacular landscape with great mountains, picturesque hills, rustic cottages, flocks of sheep and herds of cows grazing freely, you have the opportunity to reconnect with inner (and outer) peace and rediscover yourself. It is the place where you can escape from the daily bustle and enjoy an unforgettable weekend, a dream weekend in a custom-made chalet.

It is perfect for families or small group of friends. A maximum of 6 people is accepted.

At Vatra Barsei, a comfortable chalet awaits you, with free WiFi and a special view of the mountains. It has two bedrooms, a welcoming living room, a flat screen TV (which we recommend you use as little as possible), a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave oven, a garden and a terrace.

The bathroom with bathtub or shower will pamper you, and towels and bed linen are provided. Parking is private, free, and owners of electric cars can charge them with confidence!

Weekend at the chalet with our friends, the horses

For those passionate about riding or just horse lovers, next to the chalet there is a horse stud, where both adults and children can enjoy riding lessons or relaxing horse rides.

You will reach the top of the Muscel Hill from where you will be able to freely admire Bucegii, Postavaru and Piatra Craiului. The route continues to Predelut (in the Bran area) and then together, with a lot of good cheer, back.

If you prefer a quieter experience, you can opt for a romantic (or less romantic but equally pleasant) carriage ride in a quiet area (with asphalt) to Sohodol (Bran area) and back.

If you want to explore the area even more, you can carry out activities such as hiking, skiing and cycling. Nearby there are also attractions such as Dino Park and Aquatic Paradise, which will offer you fun and adventure, if you choose to come with children. You are on your own for these activities.

Weekend chalet - how complete should it be?

Well... you can add the following to the basket:

• accommodation in a fairytale chalet (minimum 2 nights; it can be on the weekend or during the week, as you prefer)
• riding session in the stable (one hour). You choose for how many people! There can be one session every day, if you want to leave there with more riding skills.
• riding route (one hour). Perfect for anyone, adult or child, advanced or beginner.
• 4-seater carriage ride (one hour)
• 10-seater carriage ride (one hour)
