If you want to receive the physical voucher, it will be delivered by courier within 24 to 48 hours (working days). The delivery fee is calculated at the time of placing the order.

For orders received before 6:00 p.m., the vouchers will be sent the same day, the rest of the orders (received after 6:00 p.m.) being processed the next morning. If you place your order after 18:00 and you want to receive the voucher on the same day, please send a message on WhatsApp or by SMS.
