- Shipping Fee: FREE
- Where we ship: Anywhere, via email (voucher in PDF format)
- Confirmation: You will receive an email with the voucher after payment confirmation

Physical Voucher Delivery (Courier, Romania)
- Shipping Fee: 25 LEI
- Where we ship: Only in Romania

Processing & Shipping Times
- Electronic Processing (PDF): Usually immediately after payment confirmation
- Physical Voucher Processing: Dispatched via courier after order confirmation
- Shipping (Courier Romania): Depends on the courier network and delivery address
During peak periods (holidays, promotions) or adverse weather conditions, delays beyond our control may occur.
Exceptions & Special Situations
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in rescheduled delivery; any additional return/redelivery fees are the customer's responsibility.
- For outdoor experiences, if weather conditions do not allow for safe conduct, we will reschedule by mutual agreement with the provider.
