HOW DO I GET THE POSSESSION OF THE GIFT?

Add the desired experience to the basket, pay and then we will send you the voucher by courier or in electronic format (PDF), to the email address you filled in when you created your account on the website. You can print it or you can give it as a gift, in electronic format.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ORDER?

Any order placed on our website can be paid by online bank card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

HOW DO I PROGRAM THE ACTIVITY?

On the voucher is the phone number of the supplier where you or the beneficiary of the voucher can call to agree on the day and time to enjoy the gift. All you have to do is tell the supplier the code on the voucher (upper right; format CP ****-****) or receive the voucher in electronic format

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ACTIVITY IS CANCELED DUE TO THE WEATHER?
