If you wish to receive a physical voucher, it will be delivered via courier within 24 to 48 hours (business days). The delivery fee is calculated at checkout.

For orders received by 6:00 PM, vouchers will be sent the same day; remaining orders (received after 6:00 PM) will be processed the following morning. If you place an order after 6:00 PM and wish to receive the voucher the same day, please send a message via WhatsApp or SMS.
