What happens if the recipient needs to reschedule?
Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session. If the recipient does not attend without prior notice, the session is considered completed and the voucher is marked as used. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the session being proportionally shortened. The voucher can be transferred once, via a confirmation email.
