Refund and Return Policy

1) Who We Are

This policy belongs to the online store cadouriperfecte.ro (Magazin Cadouri Perfecte SRL). Contact details and hours are available on the Contact page and in the website footer.

2) Scope

The policy applies to gift / experience vouchers sold on cadouriperfecte.ro. Services are provided by our partners during the validity period listed on the voucher.

3) Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

  • You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • The refund is made to the initial buyer, via bank transfer.
  • Send a return request (phone/email) within the 14-day period, including order details and IBAN account.

Steps: (1) send request → (2) we confirm eligibility → (3) we initiate the refund to the buyer's account.

Note: if the voucher has already been used (e.g., the service has been performed), the right of withdrawal may be limited according to applicable legislation for services with a specific date.

4) Gift Exchange (60 days)

  • Free exchange within 60 days of purchase.
  • If the new experience has a higher price, the difference is paid; if lower, the difference can be converted into credit according to commercial policy.
  • Initiate the exchange via phone/email by communicating the order/voucher number.

5) Voucher Validity & Scheduling

  • The voucher is valid until the date written on the voucher.
  • Scheduling is done directly with the provider (details appear on the voucher). We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends.

6) Weather Conditions & Rescheduling

Safety is our priority. In case of unfavorable weather or objective reasons communicated by the provider, the experience is rescheduled by mutual agreement, without additional costs.

  • Include: order number, name, phone, email, option (return/exchange), IBAN (for refunds).

8) Issuing the Refund

The refund is made exclusively to the buyer, via bank transfer. You will receive our confirmation as soon as the payment is initiated.

9) Exceptions & Limitations

  • Services are provided only according to the conditions listed on the voucher and within the validity period.
  • Please request scheduling in advance; lack of availability towards the end of validity does not extend the voucher's validity term.

How long does it take to receive the refund in case of a return?

After validating the request, we initiate the refund via bank transfer to the buyer. Processing time depends on the bank (usually 1–3 business days).

Free exchange is valid for 60 days from purchase. After this term, please contact us – we will try to find a solution together.

What happens if the weather does not allow the activity?

The experience is rescheduled by mutual agreement with the provider, without additional costs.
